PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine a deterioration degree relative to a case in which an environmental condition is not considered.SOLUTION: An environment in which a vehicle is used may be an important element of determining a component exchange period. Therefore, a monitor device is mounted on a vehicle for grasping (estimating) a utilization environment (travel condition and surrounding environment). The monitor device acquires as an operation parameter of an operation performed by an operator of the vehicle, information during the operation time (condition information containing an operation time), then grasps change of the travel condition based on the acquired condition information, then presents a recommended period of maintenance or exchange of expendable items, which is a proper period which is proper relative to a period of maintenance or exchange of expendable items based on a travel distance of the vehicle and lapsed days.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】環境状態を考慮しないよりも、精度よく劣化度合を判定する。【解決手段】車両のおかれた環境は、部品交換時期に大きな要素となり得る。そこで、稼働環境(走行状況、周囲環境)を把握(推測)するべく、車両に監視装置を搭載した。監視装置では、車両の操作者による操作パラメータとして、当該操作時の情報(操作時間を含む状態情報)を取得し、当該取得した状態情報に基づいて、走行状態の変化を把握し、車両の走行距離と経過日数に基づく保守又は消耗品交換時期の設定よりも適切な時期となる、保守又は消耗品交換の推奨時期を提示可能とするものである。【選択図】図5
