PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a wide observation area which is wider than a drone drivable distance, which allows an operator to obtain pieces of observation data on all observation zones for analysis of whole observation area, even when the operator cannot go to an observation foothold due to failure of a transportation infrastructure, or failure occurs in a communication infrastructure.SOLUTION: Each of drones A, B, C, D, E, F flies in an observation zone from an observation foothold in which each drone waits, to a next observation foothold for observation, when each drone lands the next observation foothold, each drone performs data relay for transferring all pieces of observation data on and after the initial observation zone stored in its own device to a next drone which waits in the observation foothold. The data relay between drones is repeated subsequently in the all observation zones, for transporting pieces of observation data in the all observation zones to an observation foothold which is a destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】ドローンの航続距離より広域な観測エリアの観測を行うことができ、さらに、交通インフラの障害により作業者が観測拠点に出向くことができない場合や、通信インフラに障害が発生した場合でも、全ての観測区間の観測データを作業者が取得して、観測エリア全体の分析を行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】ドローンA,B,C,D,E,Fが、自装置が待機する観測拠点から次の観測拠点までの観測区間を飛行して観測を行い、次の観測拠点に着陸すると、自装置に記憶された最初の観測区間以降の全ての観測データを、その観測拠点で待機する次のドローンに転送するデータリレーを行う。このドローン間のデータリレーを、全ての観測区間において順次繰り返すことで、全ての観測区間の観測データを、目的地となる観測拠点に送り届けるようにする。【選択図】図3
