PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle radio communication device that can prevent shortening of a time period from time when a mobile body using a device to receive a modulation wave transmitted by the vehicle radio communication device receives the modulation wave to time when a vehicle using the vehicle radio communication device comes close to the mobile body while restraining interference.SOLUTION: A bicycle radio communication device 20 comprises: a bicycle speed detection unit 21 for detecting the speed of a bicycle; a transmission data generation unit 25 for generating transmission data; and a high frequency wave transmission unit 26T for transmitting a modulation wave obtained by modulating the transmission data generated by the transmission data generation unit 25 with a preset carrier wave in a high frequency band at larger transmission power as the speed detected by the bicycle speed detection unit 21 is faster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
