PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a cargo crane to more quickly execute collision avoidance with respect to an object in a container terminal than a conventional cargo crane, and to execute it according to the necessity.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a collision prevention device of a cargo crane comprises: a distance sensor being attached to the cargo crane and detecting a distance to an object existing around the cargo crane; a relative speed operation section operating a relative speed of the object moving toward the cargo crane by acquiring a movement speed of the cargo crane while operating a movement speed of the object based on a time change of the distance detected by the distance sensor; and a determination section outputting a collision avoidance command for stopping driving with respect to a drive control device of the cargo crane when determining the relative speed to be equal to a predetermined speed or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】荷役クレーンにコンテナターミナル内の物体に対する衝突回避を従来よりも早く、かつ、必要に応じて実施させる。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る荷役クレーンの衝突防止装置は、荷役クレーンに取付られ、荷役クレーンの周辺に存在する物体までの距離を検出する距離センサと、距離センサが検出した距離の時間変化に基づいて物体の移動速度を演算するとともに、荷役クレーンの移動速度を取得することで、荷役クレーンに向かう物体の相対速度を演算する相対速度演算部と、相対速度が所定の速度以上と判定した場合に、荷役クレーンの駆動制御装置に対して駆動を停止させる衝突回避指令を出力する判定部と、を備える。【選択図】図2
