PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular drive apparatus that enables an axial length to be shortened.SOLUTION: A power distribution mechanism 3 consisting of a planetary gear mechanism is disposed on an inner circumference side of a cylindrical output gear 12, and at least a part of a second clutch C0 is disposed on the inner circumference side of the output gear 12 and adjacent to the power distribution mechanism 3 in a rotation axis direction. This configuration reduces the number of members arrayed relatively to the output gear 12 in the rotation axis direction, making it possible to shorten an overall axial length of a drive apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】軸長を短縮できるハイブリッド車両用の駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】遊星歯車機構からなる動力分割機構3は、円筒状の出力ギヤ12の内周側に配置され、第2クラッチC0の少なくとも一部が出力ギヤ12の内周側でかつ動力分割機構3に対して回転中心軸線方向で隣接して配置されている。その結果、出力ギヤ12に対して回転中心軸線方向に並べて配置される部材の数が少なくなり、駆動装置の全体としての軸長の短縮化を図ることができる。【選択図】図2
