PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift facility that can hold a posture of a lifting body with respect to a guide rail, which further can appropriately move up and down the lifting body at a twisted part of the guide rail.SOLUTION: Orthogonal cross sections 1Da and 1Db in an arbitrary point on a route reference line SL of a guide rail having a plurality of guide surfaces G have twisted parts in which relative positional relations of a plurality of sides are constant and whose postures around the route reference line SL consecutively vary. A lifting body comprises a pair of lifting units, which comprise roller supporting frames that support a guided roller group so that rotation shaft cores of a plurality of guided rollers R constituting the guided roller group are included in the same orthogonal cross sections 1Da and 1Db, arranged at intervals in a direction along the route reference line. Each of the lifting units supports the roller support frames turnably around a turning shaft K set at a region surrounded by the guided roller group, and the turning shaft K is orthogonal to the orthogonal cross sections including the respective rotation shaft cores of the guided roller R in the guided roller group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
