PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional method, since the most of sucked air passes through a center of piping, a residual liquid adhering to an inner face of the piping is hardly moved by the sucked air, and it is difficult to accurately collect the residual liquid.SOLUTION: In a collection method of a residual liquid which collects the residual liquid remaining in a common flow passage 13 also serving as suction flow passage for vacuuming a liquid filling space, and a filling flow passage for filling a liquid, the collection method has: a process for foaming the residual liquid in the common flow passage 13 by vacuuming the common flow passage and lowering pressure in the common flow passage 13; and a process for atmospherically releasing the common flow passage 13 in a state that the residual liquid is foamed, and sucks and collects the foamed residual liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
