The invention relates to a self-suction oil tanker deck raffinate system and a raffinate conveying method thereof.The system comprises a raffinate chamber and a raffinate conveying pipeline, a deck raffinate inlet is formed in an oil tanker deck, the raffinate conveying pipeline is communicated with the deck raffinate inlet and the raffinate chamber, and a vacuum liquid suction assembly and an anti-sticking air blowing assembly are arranged on the raffinate conveying pipeline; the anti-sticking air blowing assembly comprises a plurality of pressure sensors embedded in the residual liquid conveying pipeline and a plurality of air blowing pipes communicated with the residual liquid conveying pipeline, the air blowing pipes and the pressure sensors are sequentially and correspondingly arranged, and the air blowing pipes are connected with an air source through an air blowing conveying pipeline; an activated carbon powder discharging pipe is arranged at the position, close to the air source, of the air blowing conveying pipeline, a third valve is arranged on the activated carbon powder discharging pipe, and a one-way valve is arranged on the air blowing pipe. The device has the following advantages that conveying of the residual liquid is achieved in a vacuum extraction mode, the adhesion of the viscous residual liquid to the inner wall of the pipeline is reduced, and rapid and high-quality collection of the residual liquid is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种自吸式油船甲板残液系统及其残液输送方法,包括残液室以及残液输送管路,油船甲板上具有甲板残液入口,残液输送管路连通甲板残液入口以及残液室,残液输送管路上具有真空吸液组件以及防粘吹气组件;防粘吹气组件包括嵌设在残液输送管路上的多个压力传感器以及与残液输送管路连通的多个吹气管,多个吹气管与多个压力传感器依次对应设置,多个吹气管通过吹气输送管路与气源连接,吹气输送管路靠近气源的位置具有活性炭粉末下料管,活性炭粉末下料管上具有第三阀门,吹气管上具有单向阀门。本发明具有如下优点:通过真空抽取的方式现实残液的输送,降低黏性残液对管路内壁的粘附性,实现残液的快速高质量收集。
