PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling workability of a brake mechanism by simplifying the shapes of individual components while reducing the number of the components.SOLUTION: A brake mechanism 33 for braking the rotation of right and left rotary shafts 25 includes a protruded site 40 facing a partition wall 15A of a brake case 15 and protruded radially inward from the inner diameter side of a piston 37, an engaging member 41 arranged on the inner diameter side of the piston 37 in the state of engaging with the protruded site 40 movably in right and left directions relative to the protruded site 40 by a predetermined size, and a pin member 42 provided between the partition wall 15A of the brake case 15 and the engaging member 41. A friction resistance between the pin member 42 and the partition wall 15A is set to be a smaller value than the pressing force of the piston 37 during braking. In the protruded site 40, a pin insert-fitting groove 51A is provided through which the pin member 42 passes in the right and left directions.
