PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle including a device configured to separate a crawler type undercarriage from a chassis without cutting a hydraulic part.SOLUTION: An industrial vehicle includes at least one structure 1 including a chassis 3 and a pair of crawler undercarriages 2 respectively driven by a hydraulic motor 5 transmitting motion and engine torque to a planetary gear unit 6 interlocked with a drive wheel 4. The hydraulic motor 5 and a reduction gear 6 are not directly connected, a transmission device 10 is interposed between the hydraulic motor 5 and the reduction gear 6. During the operation for separating the crawler undercarriage 2 from the chassis 3, the hydraulic motor 5 is separated from the transmission device 10 and remains in a state of being attached to the chassis 3 while keeping hydraulic connection of the hydraulic motor, and the planetary gear unit 6 and the transmission device 10 remain in a state of being fixed to the undercarriage 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
