PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a ground installation type regenerative electric power storage device so as to electrically discharge when power-running electric power exceeds regenerative electric power irrespective of disturbance on a feeder cable voltage caused by an electric power system, and electrically charge when the regenerative electric power exceeds the power-running electric power.SOLUTION: A railway power feeding system monitors a primary voltage and a secondary voltage of a rectifier device and electrically discharges when a difference between the secondary voltage and the primary voltage is smaller than a predetermined value, and electrically charges when the difference between the secondary voltage and the primary voltage is larger than the predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
