PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally, sea water from which a propeller acquires propulsive power is mainly the sea water flowing from a bow to a stern which contains air bubbles and is diluted so that propulsive efficiency of the propeller is low and a considerable amount of fuel is wastefully consumed.SOLUTION: High-density seawater in the vessel bottom is used for a propeller to acquire a thrust. Thereby, the power of the propeller to push the seawater is strengthened. The counteraction is also strengthened so that the vessel speed can be accelerated dramatically. In consequence, the vessel can save fuel considerably, is economical, and can be used as an energy-saving vessel. Moreover, since steering is made for the high-density seawater from the propeller, excellent steering performance can be achieved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
