PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rollover risk determination device capable of properly determining a rollover risk, even when a start auxiliary device is actuated and ground contact pressure of a driving shaft increases.SOLUTION: A determination map storage part 24 of a rollover risk determination device 20 stores in advance: an ordinary two-dimensional map for use in an ordinary state in which a start auxiliary device is not actuated; and a start auxiliary two-dimensional map for use in a start auxiliary state in which the start auxiliary device is actuated. A rollover risk determination section 22 determines a rollover risk of a vehicle by using the ordinary two-dimensional map in the ordinary state, whereas a rollover risk of the vehicle is determined by using the start auxiliary two-dimensional map in the start auxiliary state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
