PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that increases the accuracy of deriving an angular velocity even in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A temperature inclination calculation part 72 calculates the inclination of a temperature based on a temperature from a temperature sensor and calculates an average temperature based on the inclination of the temperature. An offset inclination calculation part 76 calculates the inclination of an offset value based on the inclination of the temperature, the average temperature, and a temporary offset value of an angular velocity sensor. The correction value calculation part 78 calculates the offset value of the angular velocity sensor based on the inclination of the offset value and the inclination of the temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
