PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle heat pump device and a vehicle air conditioner which can reduce the number of changes in the piping pattern of a refrigerant as compared with a conventional vehicle air conditioner using a heat pump cycle only in a cooling operation, and enable a heating operation by using the heat pump cycle.SOLUTION: A vehicle heat pump device 10 is used by introducing a high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant discharged from a compressor located outside a housing 26. The vehicle heat pump device comprises: a first refrigerant introduction part for introducing the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor from the outside of the housing; a water refrigerant heat exchanger 14 capable of radiating heat from the high-temperature high-pressure refrigerant introduced from the first refrigerant introduction part to a cooling liquid; the housing for accommodating the water refrigerant heat exchanger; a cooling liquid introduction part capable of introducing the cooling liquid from the outside of the housing to the water refrigerant heat exchanger; a cooling liquid lead-out part capable of leading out the cooling liquid from the water refrigerant heat exchanger to the outside of the housing; and a first refrigerant lead-out part for leading out the refrigerant having passed through the water refrigerant heat exchanger to the outside of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】冷房運転時のみヒートポンプサイクルを用いる従前の車両用空調装置と比較して、冷媒の配管パターンの変更点が少なく、且つ、ヒートポンプサイクルを用いて暖房運転を可能とする車両用ヒートポンプ装置および車両用空調装置を提供すること。【解決手段】この車両用ヒートポンプ装置10は、筐体26の外部にある圧縮機が吐出した高温高圧冷媒を導入して用いる車両用ヒートポンプ装置である。圧縮機が吐出した高温高圧冷媒を筐体の外部から導入する第1の冷媒導入部と、第1の冷媒導入部から導入した高温高圧冷媒から冷却液へ放熱可能な水冷媒熱交換器14と、水冷媒熱交換器を収容する筐体と、を具備する。さらに、筐体の外部から水冷媒熱交換器へ冷却液を導入可能な冷却液導入部と、水冷媒熱交換器から筐体の外部へ冷却液を導出可能な冷却液導出部と、水冷媒熱交換器を通過した冷媒を筐体の外部へ導出する第1の冷媒導出部と、を具備した構成を採る。【選択図】図1
