A heat pump air conditioner of an electric vehicle, a heat pump air conditioner control method and device and a vehicle, the heat pump air conditioner comprises a refrigeration system, a heat pump system and a hot gas bypass system, the refrigeration system comprises a compressor (100), a first condenser (101), an evaporator (102) and a first expansion valve (103); an inlet of the evaporator (102) is connected with an outlet of the first condenser (101) through the first expansion valve (103), an outlet of the evaporator (102) is connected with an air suction port of the compressor (100), and an inlet of the first condenser (101) is connected with an exhaust port of the compressor (100); the heat pump system comprises a battery cooler (104), a second expansion valve (105) and a gas supercharging device (200); an inlet of the battery cooler (104) is connected with an outlet of the first condenser (101) through a second expansion valve (105), an outlet of the battery cooler (104) is connected with a gas inlet of the gas supercharging device (200), and an exhaust port of the gas supercharging device (200) is connected with a gas suction port of the compressor (100); the hot gas bypass system comprises a third expansion valve (106), the first end of the third expansion valve (106) is connected with an exhaust port of the compressor (100), and the second end of the third expansion valve (106) is connected with an air suction port of the compressor (100). The heat pump air conditioner can conduct heating through the heat pump system and the hot gas bypass system at the same time, and the heating effect of the heat pump air conditioner is effectively improved.
