PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relative angle detection device suitable to enlarge a torque detection range, a torque sensor, an electric power steering device, and a vehicle.SOLUTION: A rotation angle θis is calculated by an inverse tangent function, from a first sin signal sinθis and a first cos signal cosθis according to the rotation angle θis of a first multipolar ring magnet 10 synchronously rotating with an input shaft 22a out of the input shaft 22a and an output shaft 22b arranged coaxially; a rotation angle θos is calculated by an inverse tangent function, from a second sin signal sinθos and a second cos signal cosθos according to the rotation angle θos of a second multipolar ring magnet 11 synchronously rotating with the output shaft 22b; and thereby a relative angle Δθ between the input shaft 22a and the output shaft 22b is calculated from a differential value between the rotation angle θis and the rotation angle θos.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
