PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cowl structure which enables improvement of support rigidity of windshield glass while securing air conditioning performance.SOLUTION: A cowl structure includes: a cowl panel 12 which supports a lower end part 20A of a windshield glass 20 from a vehicle lower side; a dash upper panel 14 which extends in a vehicle vertical direction in a vehicle side view and is joined to the cowl panel 12 at its upper end part; a reinforcement member 16 which is joined to a vehicle front side surface or a vehicle rear side surface at a lower part of the dash upper panel 14 and forms a closed cross section 24 with the dash upper panel 14; a first intake port 26 which is formed at a vehicle upper side of a joint portion of the dash upper panel 14 joined to the reinforcement member 16 and introduces air into an air conditioner; and a second intake port 28 which is formed at the lower part of the dash upper panel 14 and the reinforcement member 16 and introduces air into the air conditioner through the closed cross section 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
