PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slide door rail reinforcement structure which effectively reinforces strength of a slide door rail.SOLUTION: A slide door rail reinforcement structure 10 includes: a slide door rail 70 which is formed at a vehicle body skeleton member 14 extending in a vehicle body fore and aft direction and has guide surfaces 72A, 74A on which guide rollers 62, 66 rotatably attached to a slide door arm 60 of a slide door 50, which opens and closes a passenger compartment 18, roll; and reinforcement partition walls 82, 84 which are formed at the vehicle body skeleton member 14 and support guide surfaces 72A, 74A of the slide door rail 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
