PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating electrode device capable of enhancing the function, by increasing the cross sectional area efficiently, while suppressing increase in breadth of a heating conductor.SOLUTION: A heating electrode device includes a plurality of bus bar electrodes (21) placed at intervals and being paired, and heating conductors (22) having a rectangular cross section and placed while passing through the plurality of bus bar electrodes. A plurality of heating conductors are arranged, at pitches P, in the extension direction of the bus bar electrodes.
