PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating electrode device capable of enhancing the function, by increasing the cross sectional area efficiently, while suppressing increase in breadth of a heating conductor.SOLUTION: A heating electrode device includes a plurality of bus bar electrodes (21) placed at intervals and being paired, and heating conductors (22) having a rectangular cross section and placed while passing through the plurality of bus bar electrodes. A plurality of heating conductors are arranged, at pitches P, in the extension direction of the bus bar electrodes. Assuming the surface area of one surface of the heating conductor in the thickness direction, per a length of 0.01 m is Sin the plan view, and the surface area of the other surface on the opposite side to the one side, per a length of 0.01 m is Sin the plan view, following relations are satisfied; 0.5 mm≤P≤5.00 mm, 0 μm
