PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic driving support device reducing a burden on a driver when automatic driving is switched to manual driving.SOLUTION: An automatic driving support device is the automatic driving support device in an automatic driving vehicle automatically performing at least a part of vehicle control consisting of steering, braking and acceleration/deceleration in a predetermined travel section. The automatic driving support device is constituted so as to comprise: a switching section determination section determining a section where a first burden based on a road shape or a road structure is of a predetermined threshold value or less out of the travel section to be a switching section where at least the part of the vehicle control is switched from auto to manual; a driving burden measurement section measuring a second burden based on a travel state of the other vehicle around the automatic driving vehicle when the automatic driving vehicle enters the switching section determined; and a driving switching section determining timing when the second burden measured satisfies predetermined conditions to be switching timing switching from the auto to the manual, and switching from the auto to the manual at the switching timing determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自動運転から手動運転に切り替える際、運転者にかかる負担を軽減する自動運転支援装置を提供する。【解決手段】自動運転支援装置は、予め決められた走行区間内で操舵、制動、加減速からなる車両制御のうち少なくとも一部を自動で行う自動運転車両における自動運転支援装置であって、前記走行区間のうち、道路形状又は道路構造に基づく第1の負荷が所定の閾値以下となる区間を、前記車両制御のうち少なくとも一部を自動から手動に切り替える切替区間に決定する切替区間決定部と、決定された前記切替区間に前記自動運転車両が進入した場合、前記自動運転車両周囲の他車両の走行状況に基づく第2の負荷を計測する運転負荷計測部と、計測された前記第2の負荷が予め決められた条件を満たすタイミングを、自動から手動に切り替える切替タイミングに決定し、決定した前記切替タイミングにて、自動から手動に切り替える運転切替部と、を具備する構成を採る。【選択図】図1
