PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission control device capable of improving drivability by reducing a ship shock caused by swing-back occurring to a propeller shaft when switching a gear of a mechanical automatic transmission.SOLUTION: An automatic transmission control device 20 is configured to perform control of connecting a clutch device 14 in a half-clutch state and bringing output torque Te of an engine 11 to a first torque Tc after switching an AMT 15 to a target gear Gx, and then bringing the output torque Te of the engine 11 from the first torque Tc to a required torque Tb and connecting the clutch device 14 completely from the half-clutch state after torsion of the propeller shaft 16 is generated by the first torque Tc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
