PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a left-and-right wheel independent control device which is excellent in small-turn performance at parking, can be parked even in a small parking space in a form of a vertical row parking or the like, and can be employed to a general steering-type electric automobile having no independent steering mechanism at each wheel.SOLUTION: A left-and-right wheel independent control device comprises a motor control part 29 which can independently control each motor 6 following an acceleration/deceleration signal. The control device also comprises a parking mode switch 43, and position control means 44 which position-controls a rotation position of a drive wheel 2 being at least the turning inside of a vehicle according to an on/off-signal of the parking mode switch, a steering angle signal, and the acceleration/deceleration signal.
