PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device, capable of highly efficient operation, and a computer program and a power conversion method for controlling the power conversion device.SOLUTION: The power conversion device performs at least one of charging operation to charge a battery by converting AC into DC and power supply operation to supply power to a load by converting DC into AC. The power conversion device starts charging or power supply with predetermined power. The power conversion device includes a control unit configured to perform control to stop the charging or the power supply if a charge amount or a power supply amount reaches a target charge amount or a target power supply amount per predetermined period. The control unit performs control to repeat the charging or the power supply at the predetermined period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
