PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a safe operation of an autonomous mobile body.SOLUTION: A safe operation management server detects information relating to a member having completed a proficiency test corresponding to an ID of the member having completed the proficiency test from a control device management DB of the member having completed the proficiency test, management information of an air craft corresponding to an aircraft ID from an aircraft management ID, management information of the control device corresponding to a control device ID from the control device management DB, respectively in response to an enquiry for permission or denial of a flight of a small-sized unmanned helicopter by transmitting an ID of a member having completed a proficiency test, an aircraft ID, a control device ID and the like to a safe operation management server by a base station PC via a network. The safe operation management server determines whether the flight conditions permitting the flight of the small-sized unmanned helicopter are satisfied on the basis of the information relating to the management information of the aircraft and the control device and information relating to the member having completed the proficiency test. The safe operation management server, when determined that the flight conditions are satisfied, transmits an enquiry result for permitting the flight of the small-sized unmanned helicopter to the base station PC via a network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】自律動体の安全な運用を可能にする。【解決手段】安全運用管理サーバは、基地局PCが技能検定修了者ID、機体ID、及び制御装置ID等をネットワークを介して安全運用管理サーバに送信することによって行う小型無人ヘリコプタの飛行の許否の問合せに応答して、技能検定修了者IDに対応する技能検定修了者に関する情報を技能検定修了者管理DBから、機体IDに対応する機体の管理情報を機体管理DBから、制御装置IDに対応する制御装置の管理情報を制御装置管理DBから、それぞれ検出する。安全運用管理サーバは、機体及び制御装置の管理情報並びに技能検定修了者に関する情報等に基づいて、小型無人ヘリコプタの飛行の許容する飛行条件を満たしているか否かを判別する。安全運用管理サーバは、飛行条件を満たしていると判別した場合、小型無人ヘリコプタの飛行を許可する問合せ結果をネットワークを介して基地局PCに送信する。【選択図】図9
