PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial satellite separation device capable of realizing the simplification and weight reduction of a structure and a control and preventing the generation of debris.SOLUTION: A device for sequentially separating a first satellite S1 and a second satellite S2 loaded within a rocket fairing, comprises: a satellite base 1 loading thereon the second satellite S2 such that a lower stage separation mechanism J2 can separate the second satellite S2; and a plurality of supports 2 disposed around the second satellite S2 and supporting the first satellite S1. Each support 2 has a lower end portion coupled to the satellite base 1 to be rotatable in a rocket inside/outside direction, and includes an upper stage separation mechanism J1 separably connecting the first satellite S1 to an upper end portion and a deployment spring 4 rotating the support 2 to outside of a rocket as the upper stage separation mechanism J1 performs a separation operation. The device is configured such that each support 2 is configured to function to both support and separate the first satellite S1, thereby realizing simplification and weight reduction of a structure and a control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
