PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure in-vehicle heating capacity without causing major changes to a configuration of a conventional indoor air conditioning means of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: A heater 20 disposed at a position adjacent to a return air suctioning port 36 is operated and controlled to operate in cooperation with cooling equipment 18 according to an air conditioning controller. Further, air flown and returned to the cooling equipment 18 is heated to an appropriate temperature, and the heated air is blown to a ventilation duct 34 by the cooling equipment 18 and blown out from ventilation ports disposed at multiple indoor places into a vehicle so that the vehicle is heated inside. The air conditioning controller increases and decreases a ventilation amount of the cooling equipment 18 according to an increase/decrease of a heating value of the heater 20, and thereby an air current amount returned to the cooling equipment 18 becomes an appropriate current amount corresponding to a heat amount released from the heater 20 and the air returned to the cooling equipment 18 is heated to an appropriate temperature. Accordingly, warm air of an appropriate heat amount is blown out from the ventilation ports to obtain uniform heating inside a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】従来の鉄道車両の室内空調手段の構成を大きく変更することなく、車内の暖房能力を確保する。【解決手段】還気吸込み口36に隣接する位置に設けられたヒータ20が、空調制御器によって冷房機器18と連携して作動するように作動制御される。そして、冷房機器18に還流される空気が、適切な温度へと暖められ、暖められた空気が冷房機器18によって送風ダクト34へと送風され、車内の複数個所に配置された送風口から、車内へと吹き出されることで、車内が暖められる。空調制御器により、ヒータ20の発熱量の増減に応じて、冷房機器18の送風量が増減されることで、冷房機器18に還流される空気の流量が、ヒータ20から放射される熱量に応じた適切な流量となり、冷房機器18に還流される空気は、適切な温度へと暖められる。このため、送風口から適切な熱量の温風が吹き出すことによって、車内を均一に暖めることが可能となる。【選択図】図3
