PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power output device simplifying a structure and improving durability of a brush, although including an internal combustion engine and a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A power output device 100 includes: an internal combustion engine 1; a coupling motor 10 including an inner rotor 11 connected to the internal combustion engine 1 so that rotary driving force can be transmitted and an outer rotor 12 connected to a vehicle driving mechanism 7 so that rotary driving force can be transmitted; a slip ring 16b rotating integrally with the inner rotor 11; an inverter 30 for receiving and supplying power to the slip ring 16b via a brush 17; a restraint device 20 for rotation of the inner rotor 11 in an opposite direction to a direction during an operation time of the internal combustion engine 1; and an ECU 32. The inner rotor 11 includes a three-phase winding 11a electrically connected to the slip ring 16b. The outer rotor 12 includes a permanent magnet 12a. When the ECU 32 stops the internal combustion engine 1 while supplying power to the slip ring 16b, the rotation of the inner rotor 11 is restrained by the restraint device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】内燃機関及び回転電機を備えながらも、構造の簡易化及びブラシの耐久性向上を図る動力出力装置を提供する。【解決手段】動力出力装置100は、内燃機関1と、内燃機関1に回転駆動力を伝達可能に接続されるインナロータ11と車両駆動機構7に回転駆動力を伝達可能に接続されるアウタロータ12とを含むカップリングモータ10と、インナロータ11と一体回転するスリップリング16bと、ブラシ17を介してスリップリング16bへ電力を受給するインバータ30と、内燃機関1の運転時と反対方向へのインナロータ11の回転の制止装置20と、ECU32とを備える。インナロータ11は、スリップリング16bに電気的に接続された三相巻線11aを含み、アウタロータ12は、永久磁石12aを含む。ECU32は、スリップリング16bに電力を供給しつつ内燃機関1を停止する場合、制止装置20によってインナロータ11の回転を制止する。【選択図】図1
