PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of performing more suitable motor control.SOLUTION: A switching arm 40u is constructed by serially connecting a first upper FET 41Hu, a second upper FET 42Hu, and a lower FET41 Lu. A source electrode of the second upper FET 42Hu and a drain electrode of the lower FET 41Lu are mutually connected through an intermediate wiring 46u. The intermediate wiring 46u is connected to a motor coil 20u of an U-phase of a motor 20 through a power line 52u. A parasitic diode D restricting an electric conduction to a ground side form a battery 6 side is provided in the first upper FET 41Hu, the second upper FET 42Hu, and the lower FET 41Lu. In a middle of the power line 52u of U-phase, an FET 50u for a phase open relay is intermediated. The parasitic diode D of the FET 50u for phase open relay is provided at a direction of restricting the electric conduction to the switching arm 40u of U-phase from the motor coil 20u of U-phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】より適切なモータ制御を実行できるモータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】スイッチングアーム40uは、第1上側FET41Huと、第2上側FET42Huと、下側FET41Luとが直列に接続されてなる。また、第2上側FET42Huのソース電極と下側FET41Luのドレイン電極は中間配線46uを介して互いに接続されている。中間配線46uは、動力線52uを介して、モータ20のU相のモータコイル20uに接続されている。第1上側FET41Hu、第2上側FET42Hu、および下側FET41Luには、バッテリ6側からグランド側への通電を規制する寄生ダイオードDが設けられている。U相の動力線52uの途中には、相開放リレー用FET50uが介在されている。相開放リレー用FET50uの寄生ダイオードDは、U相のモータコイル20uからU相のスイッチングアーム40uへの通電を規制する向きに設けられている。【選択図】図2
