PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a holding force of a two-wheel drive state, in a free wheel hub which holds the two-wheel drive states by a magnet, and holds a four-wheel drive state by an elastic member.SOLUTION: A four-wheel drive state is brought about by moving a slide gear 11 to a position in which the slide gear is engaged with an outer gear 8 which rotates integrally with a hub housing 7 by the deformation of a diaphragm 13 which forms a two-wheel drive side negative pressure chamber 21 and a four-wheel drive side negative pressure chamber 22 in the hub housing 7 toward the four-wheel drive side negative pressure chamber 22, and the four-wheel drive state is held by an elastic member 29 which presses an outside reinforcing plate 15 of the diaphragm. By the deformation of the diaphragm 13 toward the two-wheel drive side negative pressure chamber 21, the slide gear 11 is released in engagement with the outer gear 8, and the two-wheel drive state is held by an action of a magnet 30 for adsorbing the outside reinforcing plate 15. By thinning a movable part such as the slide gear 11 which moves together with the diaphragm 13, weight reduction processing is performed, and by decreasing a load which is generated by vibration G, a holding force of the two-wheel drive state is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】この発明は、磁石によって2輪駆動状態を保持し、弾性部材によって4輪駆動状態を保持するフリーホイールハブにおいて、2輪駆動状態の保持力の向上を図ることである。【解決手段】ハブハウジング7の内部に2輪駆動側負圧室21と4輪駆動側負圧室22を形成するダイヤフラム13の4輪駆動側負圧室22に向けての変形によりスライドギヤ11をハブハウジング7と一体に回転するアウタギヤ8に噛合する位置まで移動させて4輪駆動状態とし、ダイヤフラムの外側補強板15を押圧する弾性部材29によって4輪駆動状態を保持する。ダイヤフラム13の2輪駆動側負圧室21に向けての変形によりスライドギヤ11をアウタギヤ8に対して係合解除とし、磁石30が外側補強板15を吸着する作用によって2輪駆動状態を保持する。ダイヤフラム13と共に移動するスライドギヤ11等の可動部品を肉抜きにより軽量化処理し、振動Gにより発生する荷重を低減して、2輪駆動状態の保持力の向上を図る。【選択図】図2
