PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free wheel hub capable of suppressing an axial shock load to an inner reinforcing plate in a two-wheel driving state.SOLUTION: A slide gear 11 is provided in the shaft end part of a front axle 2 inserted into a cylindrical spindle 3, and moved to the position of being engaged with or disengaged from an outer gear 8 integrally rotated with a hub housing 7 by a diaphragm 13 deformed by the pressure reduction of a two-wheel driving side negative pressure chamber 20 or a four-wheel driving side negative pressure chamber 21. A magnet 29 fitted to the inner surface of a diaphragm cover 14 attracts an outer reinforcing plate 15 provided outside a diaphragm to maintain a two-wheel driving state, and a spring 28 presses the diaphragm to hold a four-wheel driving state. A cylindrical part 16a is provided in the outer periphery of an inner reinforcing plate 16 sandwiching the center part of the diaphragm with the outer reinforcing plate 15, and the slide gear and the inner reinforcing plate are coupled together by a bearing 18 included in the cylindrical part to eliminate axial backlash, thereby suppressing an axial shock load to the inner reinforcing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】2輪駆動状態で内側補強板への軸方向衝撃荷重を抑制したフリーホイールハブを提供する。【解決手段】筒状スピンドル3内に挿通された前側車軸1の軸端部にスライドギヤ11を設け、スライドギヤを2輪駆動側負圧室20または4輪駆動側負圧室21の減圧によって変形するダイヤフラム13でハブハウジング7と一体に回転するアウタギヤ8に対して噛合と解除の位置まで移動させる。ダイヤフラムカバー14の内面に取付けた磁石29がダイヤフラムの外側に設けられた外側補強板15を吸着して2輪駆動状態を維持し、スプリング28がダイヤフラムを付勢して4輪駆動状態を保持する。ダイヤフラムの中央部を外側補強板15とで挟持する内側補強板16の外周に円筒部16aを設け、円筒部内に組み込まれた軸受18によりスライドギヤと内側補強板とを連結して軸方向ガタをなくし、スライドギヤから内側補強板への軸方向衝撃荷重を抑制する。【選択図】図1
