PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power loss, to reduce the number of part items and the number of man-hours, and to reduce weight.SOLUTION: A diameter D1 of a drive-side contact circle which is defined by the aggregation of points at which a drive roller 78 contacts with a driven roller 60 is set smaller than a diameter D2 of a driven-side contact circle which is defined by the aggregation of points at which the driven roller 60 contacts with the drive roller 78. Then, a drive disc 70 is arranged while being offset in a radial direction with respect to a main wheel 30, and only the drive roller 78 which is located at a side near the driven roller 60 is made to contact with the driven roller 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
