PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a time required for work with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An elevator correspondence state storage part 12 registers a word prediction time that is a prediction time of a work time calculated by using any parameter value among a plurality of parameter values, and a work actual time that is an actual time of a work time in each work item. A recovery prediction time correction operation part 17 extracts a designation work prediction time that is a work prediction time calculated by using a designation parameter value designated among the plurality of parameter values, and a designation work actual time that is a work actual time for the same work item as the designation work prediction time from the elevator correspondence state storage part 12, performs a calculation using the extracted designation work prediction time and designation work actual time, and corrects the designation parameter value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】作業に要する時間を精度よく予測する。【解決手段】エレベータ対応状況蓄積部12では、複数のパラメータ値のうちのいずれかのパラメータ値を用いて算出された作業時間の予測値である作業予測時間と、作業時間の実績値である作業実績時間とが、作業案件ごとに登録されている。復旧予測時間補正演算部17は、複数のパラメータ値の中から指定された指定パラメータ値を用いて算出された作業予測時間である指定作業予測時間と、当該指定作業予測時間と同じ作業案件に対する作業実績時間である指定作業実績時間とを、エレベータ対応状況蓄積部12から抽出し、抽出した指定作業予測時間と指定作業実績時間とを用いた演算を行って、指定パラメータ値の補正を行う。【選択図】図2
