PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression adjustment device which enables anyone to easily and appropriately adjust compression strength that determines connection performance of a trolley wire.SOLUTION: A compression adjustment device 1 is provided in an ordinary temperature pressure-welding device in which two trolley wires T1, T2 are respectively held in a stationary chuck C1 and a movable chuck C2 and the two trolley wires T1, T2 are pressure-weld and connected by making the movable chuck C2 approach the stationary chuck C1, releasing holding members H1, H2 and making the movable chuck C2 retreat, to abut end faces of the trolley wires T1, T2 against each other. In the compression adjustment device 1, an attachment frame 2 that is fixed to the stationary chuck C1 is extended along the movement direction of the movable chuck C2, and a ball screw 3 and a rotary encoder 4 are fixed in the attachment frame 2. A screw shaft 7 is screwed to a slide block 8 that is fixed to the movement chuck C2, and the ball screw 3 rotates the screw shaft 7 accompanying the movement of the slide block 8. The rotary encoder 4 rotates together with the screw shaft 7 to output rotational displacement which is counted by a control unit, and the control unit performs movement control to position the movable chuck C2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】 トロリ線の接続性能を決定する圧縮強度を誰でも簡単に適切に調整できる圧縮調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】 2本のトロリ線T1,T2の端部をそれぞれ把持する固定チャックC1に移動チャックC2が接近し、把持部材H1,H2を解放して離反動作することにより、当該トロリ線T1,T2の端面を互いに付き合わせて圧接し接続する常温圧接装置に圧縮調整装置1を設ける。圧縮調整装置1は、固定チャックC1に固定する取付枠2を移動チャックC2の移動方向に延ばし、この取付枠2上にボールねじ3とロータリーエンコーダ4とを固定する。ボールねじ3は、移動チャックC2に固定するスライドブロック8にねじ軸7が螺合し、スライドブロック8の移動に伴いねじ軸7を回転する。ロータリーエンコーダ4はねじ軸7と共回りして回転変位を出力し、これを制御装置がカウントして移動チャックC2を移動制御し位置決めする。【選択図】 図4
