PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the upstream fluid pressure of an inlet valve.SOLUTION: A control unit 100 is equipped with anti-lock brake controlling means 150 for controlling an inlet valve 13 and an outlet valve 14 to execute anti-lock brake control; boosting means 160 for driving a pump 17 with predetermined output at least after starting the anti-lock brake control, to execute boosting control for boosting upstream fluid pressure; and upstream fluid pressure estimating means 140 for estimating the upstream fluid pressure to a value corresponding to the predetermined output, after starting the boosting control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
