PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peel-off of a leakage-preventing tape due to invasion of foam.SOLUTION: A structure for a foam-molded article 5 is such that a foam layer 4 by foam molding is formed on the back surface side of a skin material 2 having a sewn part 6, and a leakage-preventing tape 9 for preventing running off due to leakage of the foam 7 composing the foam layer 4 through the sewn part 6, is stuck to the back surface side of the sewn part 6 of the skin material 2. A tape peel-off preventing protrusion 21 extending along a position at the side part of the leakage-preventing tape 9 is formed on the back surface side of the sewn part 6 of the skin material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】発泡体の入り込みによる漏れ防止用テープの剥がれを防止し得るようにする。【解決手段】縫製部6を有する表皮材2の裏面側に、発泡成形による発泡層4が形成されると共に、上記表皮材2の縫製部6の裏面側に縫製部6からの発泡層4を構成する発泡体7の漏れによるハミ出しを防止するための漏れ防止用テープ9が貼着された発泡成形品5の構造に関する。上記表皮材2の縫製部6の裏面側に、漏れ防止用テープ9の側部の位置に沿って延びるテープ剥がれ防止用突条21が形成されるようにする。【選択図】図2
