PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable using mainly with a variety of finished skin pasted thereon.SOLUTION: The invention is related to a method of manufacturing a foam molded article 5 having a foam layer 4 formed by foam molding between a skin material 2 and a core material 3. The method includes the steps of: forming the foam layer 4 having a concavity 13 by a projection 11 by performing foam molding using a dummy skin 12 having the projection 11 projecting toward a side of the core material 3 as the skin material 2; peeling off the dummy skin 12 from the foam layer 4 after foam molding; and pasting a finish skin 15 having a protrusion 14 to be housed in the concavity 13 of the foam layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】主に、様々な仕上表皮を貼り付けて使用できるようにする。【解決手段】表皮材2と芯材3との間に、発泡成形によって発泡層4を形成する発泡成形品5の製造方法に関する。上記表皮材2として、上記芯材3の側へ向かって突出する突出部11を有するダミー表皮12を用いて発泡成形を行うことで、上記突出部11による凹部13を有する発泡層4を形成し、発泡成形後に、上記発泡層4から上記ダミー表皮12を剥がして、上記発泡層4の凹部13に収容される凸部14を有する仕上表皮15を貼り付ける。【選択図】図5
