PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acoustic performance and durability of a cycloid speed reducer.SOLUTION: A cycloid speed reducer (speed reducer B) includes an input shaft 25 having eccentric parts 25a, 25b, and curved plates 26a, 26b held on the outer peripheries of the eccentric parts 25a, 25b respectively through a rolling bearing 40. The rolling bearing 40 has a plurality of cylindrical rollers 44 interposed between an inside raceway surface 42 and an outside raceway surface 43, and annular flange parts 46, 46 adjacently arranged to the axial outside of the cylindrical roller 44. In the cycloid speed reducer, a ratio, L/D, of a diameter dimension D of the cylindrical roller 44 to an entire length L of the cylindrical roller 44 is set to a range of 1.0-2.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
