PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safe side failure ratio by reducing such a possibility that a dander side failure occurs in a control system due to such a failure that switching cannot be performed in a switching mechanism.SOLUTION: In a control controller comprising: a main channel 201 and a backup channel 202 which generate control signals for controlling an actuator; a channel failure detection part 203 which detects failures of both channels 201, 202; and a switching mechanism 204 which switches the control signals output from both channels 201, 202 to output them to an output interface 215, the switching mechanism 204 comprises: a main switch 213 and a backup switch 214 which switch connection states between both channels 201, 202 and the output interface 215; a switching control part 212 which switches connection states of both switches 213, 214; and a switch failure detection part 211 which detects the failures of both switches 213, 214.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
