PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of residual deformation or buckling specifically at an initial stage of heating, in coating-baking treatment of a roof panel made of an aluminum alloy joined to a steel member.SOLUTION: An Al-Mg based aluminum alloy sheet composed of a composition including specific Mg and Cu is subjected to annealing and tempered within a specific range, so as to have excellent coating-baking temperature characteristics with a certain level or higher 0.2% proof-stress at room temperature, 0.2% proof-stress immediately after reaching 190°C by heating, and 0.2% proof-stress after having been heated at 190°C×20 min. Residual deformation or buckling specifically at an initial stage of heating, in coating-baking treatment of a roof panel made of the aluminum alloy joined to a steel member, is suppressed as in the distribution of a residual deformation amount shown in a solid line in figure 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
