PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy requirements of low heat generation and crack growth resistance as large tension and compression stress are added to a belt cushion of a pneumatic tire during tire running as well as need of partial abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition for tire belt cushion by blending 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber, 25 to 45 pts.mass of carbon black having nitrogen adsorption specific area (NSA) of 35 to 85 m/g and 0.1 to 5 pts.mass of a compound having a structure of quinones and a structure of sulfonic acid or salts thereof in a molecule and/or a compound having a structure of quinones and a structure of thiosulfuric acid or salts thereof in a molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】空気入りタイヤのベルトクッションは、タイヤ走行中に大きな引張りと圧縮応力が加わり、低発熱性、耐クラック成長性が要求される。また、耐偏摩耗性も必要となる。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)が35〜85m2/gのカーボンブラックを25〜45質量部、および一分子内にキノン類の構造とスルホン酸またはその塩類の構造とを有する化合物、および/または、一分子内にキノン類の構造とチオ硫酸またはその塩類の構造とを有する化合物を0.1〜5質量部配合してなるタイヤベルトクッション用ゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
