PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that: in order to improve the low heat-evolution property of a belt cushion rubber composition, a method in which the filler amount is decreased, is adopted, as well as in order to improve the anti-crack growth property, a method in which the oil amount is decreased, is adopted, but by these methods, due to the decrease in the viscosity, a carcass wire bites into the rubber composition during vulcanization, and the adhesiveness between the carcass wire and the coat rubber is worsened.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a tire belt cushion rubber composition obtained by incorporating a carbon black by 25 to 40 pts.mass, and a styrenated phenol compound having di-styrenated phenol or tri-styrenated phenol as a main component by 3 to 10 pts.mass into 100 pts.mass of a diene-based rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】従来、ベルトクッション用ゴム組成物の低発熱性を向上するためにフィラー量を減少する方法が、また耐クラック成長性を向上するためにオイル量を減少する方法が採用されているが、これらの方法では粘度低下により加硫時にカーカスワイヤがゴム組成物に食い込んでしまい、カーカスワイヤとそのコートゴムとの接着性を悪化させるという問題点があった。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、カーボンブラックを25〜40質量部およびジスチレン化フェノールまたはトリスチレン化フェノールを主成分とするスチレン化フェノール化合物を3〜10質量部配合してなるタイヤベルトクッション用ゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
