PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a synthetic resin core material where a cutting blade attached to a rotor is not damaged during rotation and burrs are not generated at the groove part of the synthetic resin core material.SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin core material (2), a groove part (5) is formed by cutting the synthetic resin core material (2) due to the rotation of a rotor (4) attached with a cutting blade (3) made of an alloy in which cobalt is added to tungsten carbide having a particle diameter of 1.0-8.0 μm by 10-30 wt.%. The tip part (6) of the cutting blade (3) has a hook shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】回転体に取り付けた切削刃が回転中に破損がなく、合成樹脂芯材の溝部にバリが発生することがない、合成樹脂芯材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】合成樹脂芯材(2)は、粒径1.0〜8.0μmの炭化タングステンにコバルトを10〜30重量%添加した合金からなる切削刃(3)を取り付けた回転体(4)が回転することによって、合成樹脂芯材(2)に溝部(5)を切削形成し、切削刃(3)の先端部(6)が鉤形状からなることを特徴としている。【選択図】図1
