PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an extrusion molding having a synthetic resin-made core material in which an obtained extrusion molding to be mounted on a flange of an opening peripheral edge of a vehicle body is composed of a synthetic resin-made core material and a coating body of a thermoplastic elastomer, is bendable according to a corner part of the opening peripheral edge and can be mounted reliably on the flange.SOLUTION: In an extrusion molding 1 which is formed with a coating body 3 composed of a thermoplastic elastomer around a synthetic resin-made core material 2, the outer peripheral terminal 11 of the coating body 3 is drawn by bending with a roller 16 consisting of a cylindrical rotary object. After passing through the roller 16, the extrusion molding 1 becomes wider in a width of permanent elongation (h) than in a slit width (f) and longer in (j) the terminal length of the outer peripheral terminal 11 than in (i) the length of the head part.

    【課題】車体の開口部周縁のフランジに装着する押出し成形品は合成樹脂製の芯材と熱可塑性エラストマーの被覆体によって形成され、開口部周縁のコーナー部に対応して曲げができ、フランジに確実に装着できる合成樹脂製の芯材を有する押出し成形品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂製の芯材2の周囲に熱可塑性エラストマーからなる被覆体3を形成した押出し成形品1は、円筒形の回転物からなるローラー16によって曲げることで、被覆体3の外周端末11が延伸され、該ローラー16を通過後、該押出し成形品1はスリット幅(f)(f)より永久伸び幅(h)(h)が広い幅になり、頭部長さ(i)より該外周端末11の端末長さ(j)が長くなることを特徴としている。【選択図】図1
