PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly reduce aerodynamic noise resulting from the exfoliation of a vehicle outer mirror device without generating noise caused by the other factor, and to improve in-cabin quietness.SOLUTION: A vehicle outer mirror device includes at least a portion in which a length of an air take-in port 24 in a slot extension direction is shorter than a length of an air blow-out port 26 in the slot extension direction, or in which the air take-in port 24 and the air blow-out port 26 are non-parallel with each other, and thereby distances a, b of airflows between the air take-in port 24 and the air blow-out port 26 differ from each other at a portion at the inside of a vehicle body, and a portion at the outside of the vehicle body, thus, optimizing a flow speed of air which is blown out of the air blow-out port 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
