PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly operate an actuator in an oscillation type vehicle that comprises a pair of left and right front wheels and allows a vehicle body to be laterally oscillated.SOLUTION: The oscillation type vehicle comprises: a pair of left and right arm members 21 and 23 that are supported on a vehicle body 1A so as to allow left and right insides thereof to be oscillated and that support turnably a pair of left and right front wheels respectively on left and right outsides thereof; cushion supporting arms 44 that are supported on the vehicle body 1A so as to allow left and right centers thereof to be oscillated and that are connected to the pair of left and right arm members 21 and 23 respectively through cushion units 31 on left and right outsides; and an actuator 41 that can control oscillation of the cushion supporting arms 44. At a connection portion 40 between the actuator 41 and the cushion supporting arms 44, there is provided a load detecting portion 47 that detects a load to be transported between the cushion supporting arms 44 and the actuator 41. The vehicle further comprises a control portion 49 that controls the actuator 41 on the basis of detected results by the load detecting portion 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
