PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate an interval between left and right front wheels with an actuator for controlling an inclined angle of a vehicle body in an oscillation type vehicle that comprises a pair of left and right front wheels and allows a vehicle body to be laterally oscillated.SOLUTION: The oscillation type vehicle comprises: left and right upper arms 21L and 21R and left and right lower arms 23L and 23R that support left and right front wheels on a vehicle body 1A; cushion supporting arms 44 that are supported oscillatably on the vehicle body 1A and connected to the left and right lower arms 23L and 23R through cushion units; and an actuator 41 that can control oscillation of the cushion supporting arms 44. The actuator 41 forms a front suspension frame body 5 with a closed structure together with a vehicle body-side frame 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
