PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator facility planning support device for appropriately assessing traffic demand of a building in which a plurality of boarding floors are assumed.SOLUTION: An elevator facility planning support device includes a traffic demand input part 101 for inputting the number of passengers pp per unit time as a traffic demand of a building, an elevator specification input part 102 for inputting elevator facility specifications, a circulation time equation generation part 103 for generating a circulation time equation indicating that a circulation time which is a time required for circulation in which an elevator departs from a reference floor, turns around at a turnaround floor, and returns to the reference floor is the sum total of a round trip time to a turnaround floor, an elevator stop time at stop floors, and a getting-on/getting-off time of passengers at stop floors, and a circulation time calculation part 104 for calculating a circulation time from the circulation time equation. In the circulation time equation, the circulation time is indicated by a function including the number of passengers per unit time, and the circulation time as variables.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】本発明は、複数の乗車階が想定されるビルの交通需要を適切に評価するエレベータ設備計画支援装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係るエレベータ設備計画支援装置は、ビルの交通需要として単位時間あたりの乗客発生数ppを入力する交通需要入力部101と、エレベータの設備仕様を入力するエレベータ仕様入力部102と、エレベータが基準階を出発して反転階で反転し再び基準階に戻る周回に要する時間である周回時間は、反転階までの往復走行時間と、停止階におけるエレベータの停止時間と、停止階における乗客の乗降車時間との和に等しいことを示す周回時間方程式を作成する周回時間方程式作成部103と、周回時間方程式から周回時間を演算する周回時間演算部104と、を備える。周回時間方程式において、周回時間は単位時間あたりの乗客発生数及び周回時間を変数として含む関数で表される。【選択図】図4
