PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite monitoring control system that hardly generates a delay or a fluctuation in communication caused by an application gateway and such.SOLUTION: The satellite monitoring control system includes: a tracking control station for performing protocol conversion of a signal from a satellite specified in an operation plan recorded in advance to UDP and broadcasting to an IP network; a satellite control terminal for monitoring and controlling the satellite; and a network device for acquiring a signal from a satellite desired by the satellite control terminal from the IP network and distributing to the satellite control terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
